TIEN’S BREADMAKING JOURNEY

A little flour.
A lot of heart.

Handmade loaves. An ever-evolving passion.
Something good to share with our community.

Meet the bread

From our kitchen,
with love.

SELF-TAUGHT & ALWAYS LEARNINGBAKED TO GIVE BACKFIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

HOW IT ALL STARTED

It started as a joke.
Then it rose.

What began as a joke between Donnie and Tien turned into a kitchen full of possibility — and Tien’s passion project.

Entirely self-taught, Tien is finding her own way, one loaf and boule at a time. Each bake is another chance to try something new, learn a little more, and share something made with care.

Now, that joy has a purpose beyond the kitchen: giving back to the Marian Bergeson MIP community.

A loaf with a purpose

FROM TIEN’S KITCHEN

Something savory.
Something sweet.

An evolving collection of loaves and boules, from cheddar sourdough to chocolate chip overload — and everything in between.
Flavors vary with each bake.

Cheddar sourdough

A savory cheddar sourdough loaf, with optional jalapeños and/or pepperoni. Make it as spicy or hearty as you like.

Chocolate-studded bread baked in a parchment-lined Dutch ovenTHE SWEET SIDE

Chocolate chip overload

A little indulgence, by the loaf. For anyone who believes there’s room for a few more chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast as you head out the door for school.

Beautiful, simple bread

Loaves and boules made to slice, share, and enjoy. Sometimes the simplest things are the ones we reach for most.
